Spa Ritual Tuesday

Every Tuesday, Helena will accompany you with a three-hour ritual program consisting of a steam bath, infusions, and mindful impulses. Each ritual is dedicated to a specific theme—sometimes invigorating, sometimes relaxing, always profound.

You start the day completely relaxed. The cozy lounger is your retreat, from which you can enjoy the thermal pools and saunas of the adults-only Schaffelbad.

From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Helena guides you through a multi-stage ceremony that starts in the steam bath and continues in the sweat lodge. She ensures a soothing balance of heat, cooling, and mindfulness.
