Admission

Is a visit to the sauna included in the admission price?

Yes, of course! Use of the Sauna Village from the age of 13 is included in the admission ticket to the Thermal Spa and Adventure Spa. Admission to saunas and the Saunameister’s pouring of water onto hot stones are also included in the adults-only Schaffelbad wellness area.

Does the Schaffelbad admission ticket include also a visit to the Thermal Spa and Adventure Spa?

Yes, it does. If you buy a Schaffelbad admission ticket, you are also free to use the entire Thermal Spa and Adventure Spa.

What do I do if I lose my wristband?

Please contact our Guest Service Center. Important: please keep the invoice for your admission ticket, as you will have to show it if you lose your wristband.

How do I lock my locker?

Choose an empty locker and lock it by pressing the button on your wristband (red: locked, green: open).

Did you know that you can rent also personal lockers and changing cubicles?

If you spend several days at our Thermal Resort, you can leave your swimwear with us for your entire stay. For this purpose, personal lockers and changing cubicles are available for rent. For more information, please contact our Cash Desk or our Guest Service Center.

Where do I change when I want to go to Schaffelbad?

The changing rooms for Schaffelbad are located at the Thermal Spa and Adventure Spa, unless you booked one of our Wellness Packages. If so, a changing room is reserved for you directly at Schaffelbad.

Loungers

How can I unlock a lounger?

Free loungers can be unlocked with your wristband. If you move on to another lounger during your stay, please lock the lounger that you used before. This is the only way to unlock a new lounger.

Tip: Would you like to know your restaurant charges or the number of your locker? Then simply hold your wristband against one of the information terminals located throughout the whole area!

Massages & Beauty treatments

Where can I book my massage appointment?

Make an appointment for the massage of your choice at the Merkur Health Reception Desk at our Wellness Center (to the right of the main entrance) or at Schaffelbad. The Merkur Health experts are looking forward to seeing you!

Where can I book a beauty treatment?

Contact our Guest Service Center for an appointment with a beautician at the “Beauty activity Center“” (directly at the Thermal Spa Resort).

Food, drink & MORE

How do I pay my charges?

Drinks and food - including purchases at Otto‘s kiosk, at the spa store and fee-based offers (such as our Salt Grotto) - are charged to your wristband. At the end of your spa day, you can pay the outstanding amounts at one of the payment machines (in the basement next to the changing rooms or in the main entrance area). Cash or credit card payment is possible.

Do you have a voucher?

Please go to the Cash Desk (main entrance) or Guest Service Center to use your voucher for payment.

Wristband return

Where, and how do I return my wristband?

When payment has been settled at the payment machine, please fold your wristband and throw it into the blue flashing box at the turnstile. Pass through the turnstile and get home safely!
