Non-accessible content
Google Maps
Justification: Third-party content that we do not develop, finance or control.
Google Maps has errors that make the service difficult to use or unusable for people who rely on assistive technologies. LTR Thermenresort Loipersdorf GmbH has no influence on the accessibility of this service. As an alternative, however, this information is available in accessible form on the detail pages of the individual locations on the website. A list of the current accessibility restrictions of Google Maps is available at https:// issuetracker.google.com/hotlists/3783951.
Forms used on the website (Heyflow)
Justification: Third-party content that we do not develop, finance or control. Change by the end of 2025.
To enable the editorial creation of forms on the website without programming knowledge, the service of the third-party provider Heyflow is integrated. 1.3.5 Identify Input Purpose
14.1 Use of Color
1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum)
1.4.11 Non-Text contrast
2.1.1 Keyboard
2.4.3 Focus Order
2.4.11 Focus not Obscured
3.3.1 Error Identification
3.3.3 Error Suggestion
4.1.2 Name, Role, Value
Video and audio content
Reason: Disproportionate load
Not all audio and video content on the website is accessible. At , subtitles or comprehensive text descriptions are not available for all videos:
1.2.1 Audio-only and Video-only (Prerecorded)
1.2.2 Captions (Prerecorded)
1.2.3 Audio Description or Media Alternative (Prerecorded)
For economic and organizational reasons, it is not yet possible to provide these in full, but we are making every effort to provide alternatives where possible.
PDF documents
Reason: Disproportionate burden
Change by September 2025.
PDF documents that are not yet accessible are available for download on the website. If you need help with non-accessible PDF documents, please contact [email protected]. In this case, we at will try to make the content available to you in a suitable manner as far as possible. The listed incompatibilities with the accessibility regulations are constantly being corrected. The website contains documents and content from third-party providers that are neither developed nor financed or controlled by us. No statement can be made regarding the compatibility of this third-party content with the accessibility regulations and it is therefore also exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.
Voucher store (Incert)
Reason: Content from third-party providers that are neither developed, financed nor controlled by us.
The service of the third-party provider Incert is used for the voucher store integrated on the website. This system is currently not yet fully accessible. According to the provider, an accessible version of the voucher store is currently under development and is expected to be available by August 2025. Until the accessible version is implemented, individual accessibility requirements, in particular with regard to keyboard operability, contrast and compatibility with assistive technologies, may not yet be met.
Ticketshop (TAC)
Reason: Content from third-party providers that are neither developed, financed nor controlled by us.
The service of the third-party provider TAC is used for the ticket store. According to the provider, the ticket store is generally accessible. Individual accessibility criteria, particularly in the area of providing text alternatives (ALT texts), are currently still being optimized. Full implementation of all accessibility requirements is planned by August 2025.
Styria Tourism booking system (therme.at/accommodation-booking)
Justification: Content from third-party providers that is neither developed, financed nor controlled by us.
The booking system for accommodation used on the website is provided by Styria Tourism. According to the provider, this system will be made accessible by the end of 2025. Until it is fully implemented, there may still be restrictions in terms of accessibility. We are in constant contact with the provider to ensure that the system is as accessible as possible.
