Mindful Escape after work

Our monthly mini-retreat “Mindful Escape” with coach Yvonne Bernhard (NO ENVY) offers you from 4:00 p.m. a soothing blend of movement, stillness and relaxation. A little break that feels like a short vacation.

The Mindful Body session takes place in our beautiful Mindful Area, right next to the first pool in the Schaffelbad. A true place of power, rich in history.

Good to know:

Everything is prepared for you: mat, goodies, tea and snacks.
All you need is your sports outfit, comfortable or non-slip socks, and whatever you like to have with you for your evening time-out in the Schaffelbad. A bathrobe and towel will be waiting for you.

Important: Please book your preferred date online as early as possible – Mindful Escape will take place if at least three people have registered no later than 14 days before the event.

Included services for 1 person:

• 1 afternoon admission to the Schaffelbad (from 4:00 p.m.; incl. spa and adventure pool)
• a Mindful Body session with Yvonne Bernhard (NO ENVY) | Mindful Body Restore at 4:30 pm (each lasting 45 minutes)
• Welcome drink
• Wellness bag with premium goodies worth at least €50
• Tea bar, infused water, fruit basket and dried fruit available for you to enjoy at any time
• 1 reserved cuddle lounger with blanket and pillow
• 1 spa bag for your stay
