Our monthly 1-day retreat “Mindful Escape” with coach Yvonne Bernhard (NO ENVY) combines the soothing tranquility of the adults-only Schaffelbad area with the energizing power of a holistic workout. A day that gives you strength, grounds you, and lets you truly feel what is good for you.

The sessions take place in our atmospheric Mindful Area – right next to the resort’s oldest pool. A place filled with history, warmth, and energy.

Good to know:

Everything is ready for you: mat, goodies, tea and snacks.
All you need to bring is comfortable sportswear – and a desire for movement, relaxation and a day full of wellness. A cozy bathrobe and a fluffy bath towel are waiting for you.
