Mindful Escape-Tagespaket

Our monthly one-day retreat, Mindful Escape, with trainer Yvonne Bernhard (NO ENVY) combines the soothing tranquility of the adults-only Schaffelbad area with the energy of a holistic workout. A day that gives you strength, grounds you, and lets you feel what is good for you.

The sessions take place in our atmospheric Mindful Area – right next to the resort's oldest pool. A place full of history, warmth, and energy.

Good to know:

Everything is prepared for you: mat, goodies, tea, and snacks. All you need to bring is comfortable sportswear – and a desire for exercise, relaxation, and a day of wellness. A cozy bathrobe and a fluffy bath towel are waiting for you.
