Children
From 0 years: Access to the thermal baths and adventure pool permitted.
From 13 years: Access to the sauna village.
From 16 years: Access to the Schaffelbad.
Chipuhr
The chip watch is your admission ticket, your cloakroom and locker key, and your wallet. You can also use it to lock a safe in the thermal and adventure pool area and in the Schaffelbad. If you lose your chip watch and receipt, you will be charged €200.
Spa cash desk
The spa cash desk is open for our guests daily from 7.00 am. If you are entitled to more than one discount, only one of them can be applied. We warn against misuse of tickets by private persons, whether for a fee or free of charge. Any abuse will be punished. Prices and offers are subject to change and errors excepted. Prices include statutory taxes. For further information please refer to the bathing regulations.
