Mindful Escape after work

Our monthly mini retreat “Mindful Escape” with trainer Yvonne Bernhard (NO ENVY) offers you a soothing mix of exercise, silence, and relaxation starting at 4 p.m. A short break that feels like a mini vacation.

The Mindful Body session takes place in our beautiful Mindful Area right next to the first pool in the Schaffelbad. A real place of power with history.

"Mindful Body combines all kinds of exercise that are really fun: HIIT, yoga, Pilates, strength training, and meditation. A workout isn't just for a fit body, but also for your mind – a way to look inward and let go, to really push yourself and consciously recharge your batteries for all areas of your life. Together, we discover what we are capable of, accompanied by really good music."

Good to know:

Everything is prepared for you: mat, goodies, tea, and snacks. All you need to bring is comfortable sportswear – and a desire for exercise, relaxation, and a day of wellness. A cozy bathrobe and a fluffy bath towel are waiting for you.

Important: Please book your desired date online as early as possible – Mindful Escape will take place if at least three people have registered at least 14 days before the event.
