Mindful Escape after work

Our monthly mini retreat “Mindful Escape” with trainer Yvonne Bernhard (NO ENVY) offers you a soothing mix of exercise, silence, and relaxation starting at 4 p.m. A short break that feels like a mini vacation.

The Mindful Body session takes place in our beautiful Mindful Area right next to the first pool in the Schaffelbad. A real place of power with history.

Good to know:

Everything is prepared for you: mat, goodies, tea, and snacks. All you need is your sports outfit, comfortable or non-slip socks, and whatever you need for your evening break at the Schaffelbad. A bathrobe and towel are provided for you.

Important: Please book your desired date online as early as possible – Mindful Escape will take place if at least three people have registered at least 14 days before the event.

• Afternoon admission to the Schaffelbad from 4:00 p.m.

• A Mindful Body session with Yvonne Bernhard (NO ENVY) at 4:30 p.m. (duration: 45min)
