How to get your season ticket:
You can pick up your season ticket from September 15, 2025, directly at the Guest Service Center or online in our shop. You can conveniently purchase a voucher from home—on your first visit, simply contact the Guest Service Center to receive your personalized season ticket.
The season ticket is issued in your name and is non-transferable. You can pre-book your admission (until 5 p.m. the day before) by emailing [email protected].
Important notes
Season tickets cannot be paid for with vouchers, are personal, and are non-transferable. Season tickets cannot be replaced if lost.
* Even the Guest Service Center team needs a break sometimes. If the Guest Service Center is not staffed, simply contact the ticket office at the main entrance.
