Information on conformity in accordance with the Accessibility Act
LTR Thermenresort Loipersdorf GmbH endeavors to make its website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act as amended for the implementation of the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements of products and services. The Web Content Accessibility Guideline - WCAG 2.2 was complied with as far as possible. You can find more information on the conclusion of the contract (description of our services, explanations on the implementation of our services) in our GTCs.
External widgets
DialogShift chat widget
The DialogShift chat widget is fully accessible and complies with the requirements of the harmonized standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA. Further information on DialogShift's accessibility statement.
Partially accessible content
Voucher shop (Incert) The voucher shop integrated into our website is provided by the third-party service Incert. An accessibility update was carried out in August 2025. The e-commerce system was optimized based on the standards of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA, implemented with tested templates, and then validated by automatic tests (Axe-Core). This significantly improved the support of assistance systems, usability for people with disabilities, and the overall user experience. According to the provider, the system can now be classified as “partially accessible.” Individual limitations documented by the provider still exist, particularly with regard to color contrasts and the visibility of links. In addition, complete accessibility may also depend on the content we maintain (e.g., alternative text for images). We strive to make this content as accessible as possible. The current overview of the accessibility assessment and existing limitations can be found in the accessibility information provided by Incert.
Styria Tourism booking system (therme.at/accommodation-booking)
The booking system for accommodation used on the website is provided by Steiermark Tourismus as an iframe. Due to the following incompatibilities/exceptions, this iframe is partially compliant with conformity level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.2” and with the applicable European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) according to Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The current overview of the accessibility assessment and the guidelines that have not been implemented or have only been partially implemented can be found in the accessibility information provided by Steirische Tourismus und Standortmarketing GmbH.
Forms used on the website (Heyflow)
We use the third-party service Heyflow to create and manage forms on our website. Within the technical capabilities of the system, all available settings and adjustments have been implemented to enable barrier-free use as far as possible.
Heyflow automatically supports many technical fundamentals of accessibility, such as full keyboard navigation (tab, arrow keys, enter, space bar) and accessible HTML code (e.g., <title>, <html lang="">).
The content design—such as clear labels, meaningful alternative texts for images, sufficient color contrasts, and a meaningful heading structure—is our responsibility. We take care to implement these criteria as best as possible, for example, by using clear labels for form fields, alt texts for images, and easily readable font sizes.
However, complete accessibility is not technically possible because we cannot directly intervene in the system. This means that the system is partially accessible.
Non-accessible content
Google Maps
Justification: Third-party content that we do not develop, finance or control.
Google Maps has errors that make the service difficult to use or unusable for people who rely on assistive technologies. LTR Thermenresort Loipersdorf GmbH has no influence on the accessibility of this service. As an alternative, however, this information is available in accessible form on the detail pages of the individual locations on the website. A list of the current accessibility restrictions of Google Maps is available at https://issuetracker.google.com/hotlists/3783951.
Video and audio content
Reason: Disproportionate load
Not all audio and video content on the website is accessible. At , subtitles or comprehensive text descriptions are not available for all videos:
1.2.1 Audio-only and Video-only (Prerecorded)
1.2.2 Captions (Prerecorded)
1.2.3 Audio Description or Media Alternative (Prerecorded)
For economic and organizational reasons, it is not yet possible to provide these in full, but we are making every effort to provide alternatives where possible.
PDF documents
Reason: Disproportionate burden
Making the PDF files contained on the website accessible and creating the accessibility statement in easy-to-read language currently represents a disproportionate burden. PDF documents are available for download on the website that are not yet accessible. If you need help with non-accessible PDF documents, please contact [email protected]. In this case, we will try to make the content available to you in a suitable form as far as possible. The job advertisements are already available to you in an accessible form. The listed incompatibilities with the accessibility regulations are being corrected on an ongoing basis. The website contains documents and content from third-party providers that we have not developed, financed, or controlled. No statement can be made regarding the compatibility of this third-party content with accessibility regulations, and it is therefore also exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.
Ticketshop (TAC)
Reason: Content from third-party providers that are neither developed, financed nor controlled by us.
The service of the third-party provider TAC is used for the ticket store. According to the provider, the ticket store is generally accessible. Individual accessibility criteria, particularly in the area of providing text alternatives (ALT texts), are currently still being optimized. Full implementation of all accessibility requirements is planned by August 2025.
