The Thermal & Adventure Spa (comprising the thermal spa and adventure spa areas) is our spacious area for everyone – featuring large indoor and outdoor thermal pools, a sauna village, exciting attractions such as slides and a wild river, as well as an extensive outdoor area. The Schaffelbad is separate from this: it is a dedicated adults-only wellness area for guests aged 16 and over with exclusive relaxation and sauna zones.

That depends on what you’re looking for: For a relaxed day with the family, you can enjoy the saunas in the Sauna Village of the spa & adventure pool – the Sauna Village with its six saunas is open to guests aged 13 and over. If you’d like a greater variety of saunas, more tranquillity among adults and guided sauna infusions, then the Schaffelbad from age 16 upwards with its 14 saunas is the perfect area for you.

Yes. The Sauna Village (for guests aged 13 and over) is included in the admission to the thermal and adventure spa. All saunas and infusions are also included in the admission with the Schaffelbad day ticket – this exclusive area is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.

Yes. With a ticket for the Schaffelbad you can also enjoy full access to the entire spa and adventure pool. The other way around, a ticket for the spa and adventure pool alone is not enough – you need a separate admission ticket for the Schaffelbad.

With your chip watch, which you’ll receive at check-in. It serves as your admission ticket, locker key, lounge chair key, and wallet all in one. Food, drinks, and purchases are charged to it, and you can pay at the payment kiosk in cash or by card at the end of your stay.

Please contact the Guest-Service-Center. Important: Keep your admission ticket receipt safe, as you will need to present it if you lose your chip wristband.

Key areas of the spa are accessible without barriers. For a smooth and seamless experience during your visit to the spa, we kindly ask you to register any required aids already when making your booking. If you have any questions, our Guest Service Center will be happy to assist you personally.

Yes, of course you are welcome to bring your own stroller into the spa. We kindly ask that you clean any dirty wheels on the stroller before entering.

Ideally, you get in touch before your visit with our Guest Service Center. This way, we can prepare everything in peace and tailor your experience to your needs.

Available loungers can be unlocked with your chip wristband. If you move to another lounger during your visit, please lock your original lounger first. Only then will you be able to unlock a new one.
