We are delighted to have received a special award: in the 2026 industry monitor conducted by ÖGVS (Society for Consumer Studies), the Loipersdorf Thermal Spa Resort was once again named industry champion. In the leisure and adventure pools category, we achieved first place in customer satisfaction as well as in the areas of customer service and value for money.
This continues a success story: Loipersdorf Thermal Spa Resort was already among the best-rated thermal spas in Austria in 2019, 2024 and 2025.
How did we achieve this award?
The ÖGVS – Society for Consumer Studies conducts an independent, cross-industry customer survey every year. For the 2026 industry monitor, the following were evaluated:
- Around 380,000 customer reviews
- 1,958 companies from 184 industries
- Only reviews from people who had actually been customers of the respective company in the last three years were taken into account
The companies were evaluated in the following categories:
- Customer satisfaction
- Customer service
- Value for money
The result: 1st place in all three categories for the Loipersdorf thermal resort among Austria's adventure and leisure pools.
