A magical Christmas season filled with wellness and support for a good cause An Advent like never before: From 29 November 2026, Therme Loipersdorf will sparkle with festive splendour. Under the theme “Advent in a Bathrobe”, the magic of Christmas comes straight to the thermal spa resort – from glittering decorations in the foyer and festive cocktails at the pool bar to enchanting little winter wonderlands beneath the water.

Festive opening on 29 November
On 29 November at 5:00 pm, Advent begins at Therme Loipersdorf resort with a special charity concert in support of a good cause. In the atmospheric setting of the chapel, Christian Stani, lead singer of the band Alle Achtung, and dialect pop artist Caro Fux will create moving musical moments for Advent and a festive start to the Christmas season.
Winter Wonderland at the Thermal Spa
While the chilly temperatures outside send a shiver down your spine, the festively decorated thermal spa welcomes you with soothing warm thermal water, hot saunas, and the aroma of punch and festive treats.
Highlights include:
- winter special infusions during Moonlight Swimming (4 December & 1 January), as well as festive fragrances for self-guided infusions in the Sauna Village
- Advent entertainment on weekends and the public holiday (29 Nov, 5–8 Dec, 12–13 Dec, 19–20 Dec), as well as daily during the Christmas holidays
- Sleigh ride on the Carrera slide, where you’ll hear the thrilling sounds of racing down a snowy slope as you slide
- the mysterious underwater portholes in the activity and sports pool, revealing enchanting winter wonderlands
- the magical Christmas post office, where children can send their letters to Otto, our mascot
- the lovingly crafted nativity scene with life-size wooden figures on Krafthügel hill – right next to the thermal spa entrance and just a few steps away
Christian Stani & Caro Fux Live – Charity Concert on 29 November
Join us for our Christmas concert featuring Stani, lead singer of “Alle Achtung”, and dialect pop artist Caro Fux – magical moments are guaranteed. Festive treats will also be available from 4:00 pm. Admission is by voluntary donation, with all donations and net proceeds from food and drink sales going to the Children’s Hospital at LKH Graz.

During the Christmas holidays, the thermal spa’s entertainment team delights young guests every day – whether they’re getting creative, playing games or meeting Otto the mascot.
